Technical Support Engineer

Description of work

  • Advising customers on technical issues related to Fleethand products;
  • Resolving and reducing technical problems as they occur;
  • Preparation of product technical documentation.


  • Experience in customer service;
  • Good communication skills in Russian. English or German is an advantage;
  • Analytical skills in finding solutions and analysing information;
  • Able to explain complex processes patiently and in simple terms;
  • Have a basic knowledge of technology;
  • Have a university degree or similar (may be a final year student).
