The essence of this solution is the creation of a specific task/route, placing it on a special vehicle-adapted map (with toll roads, certain restrictions for trucks, dangerous road sections, traffic flows) and forwarding this task/route to the driver in the Fleethand application on the mobile device. This solution directly saves travel costs, avoids avoids any mistakes and inaccuracies, because the driver uses exactly the same route as the transport manager has created.

The manager always has the possibility to see the task report and to assess the difference between the planned and the travelled distance, the tolls, the so-called ‘parasitic’ kilometres and the exact places where the driver did not follow the route.
