Technical Support Engineer
Description of work
- Advising customers on technical issues related to Fleethand products;
- Resolving and reducing technical problems as they occur;
- Preparation of product technical documentation.
- Experience in customer service;
- Good communication skills in Russian. English or German is an advantage;
- Analytical skills in finding solutions and analysing information;
- Able to explain complex processes patiently and in simple terms;
- Have a basic knowledge of technology;
- Have a university degree or similar (may be a final year student).
