Fleethand Won First Place at Green Logistics Hackathon

On Friday, the Fleethand team participated in the Transport Innovation Agency organized Green Logistics Hack. Fleethand presented their solution and won first place!

This hackathon was focused on reducing CO2 emissions in logistics chains through process optimization and digitalization. The goal of Fleethand’s team was to reduce CO2 emissions by incorporating electric trucks into clients’ fleets. To maximize the time spent driving, charging electric trucks, and resting for drivers, Fleethand combines route planning with “MegaWatt” charging stations, pre-booking of these stations, and driver’s working time rules. In this way, transport companies can reduce CO2 emissions substantially by incorporating electric trucks faster and more efficiently into their daily operations.

We are proud of our team and the innovative solution they have developed!
