“Fleethand’s” application always gives you a clear view of each vehicle’s fuel balance and refuelling on a map, thanks to high-quality fuel level sensors. You can also monitor fuel consumption at different time intervals and fuel level changes which are plotted on graphs. With real-time fuel level monitoring, you can easily plan refuelling stops. For each customer, we can create a separate database of petrol stations, including only the petrol stations relevant to the customer. This will make it easier for the manager, who will be able to include the latter when planning a route for the driver.

This is a very important solution of “Fleethand”, which eliminates the problem of having to periodically monitor the tachograph files of both the driver and the vehicle, while working abroad all the time. This function provides you with details of both the driver card and the vehicle. The system not only downloads the files but also generates the driver’s timesheet. The advantage of the “Fleethand” system is that the files are downloaded in fully automated time intervals, so you can be confident that everything will be done on time. The downloaded files are stored on “Fleethand’s” dedicated server, ensuring unconditional security, and the files themselves are protected to the extent required by national law. The “Fleethand” system can also transfer data to the accounting software of your choice: Rivilė, Agnum, Finvalda, Pragma, etc.

Precise temperature control is essential for maintaining the quality of temperature-sensitive goods throughout transportation. With “Fleethand”, you can monitor the precise temperature, operating mode, and operating hours of your refrigerator, and receive alerts when temperature deviations (upper or lower temperature limits) are reached. The “Fleethand” system provides you with immediate feedback about temperature changes or problems. Load temperature is displayed in real-time on a map, graph, driver tablet and temperature report.
