Once the user has selected a vehicle for re-coupling, the most suitable location for re-coupling is also offered. Once the re-coupling position has been confirmed, the Fleethand system automatically re-plans the routes for both vehicles, so all the user has to do is confirm it and the drivers see the updated plan. With this solution, drivers fill in an electronic transfer and acceptance certificate, provide photos of the vehicle’s defects/damages and sign it on their mobile device.
